- Carrying out or ensuring that all scheduled services are completed as per the machine Operators Manual Service Schedule or dealers recommendation, during the warranty period and beyond.
- Execution of repairs of a minor to medium nature or as negotiated with you, the client.
- Working with you and your equipment dealer to seek to ensure the fast and efficient repair of any repairs of a major nature.
Consultancy Services
- Development and implementation of maintenance planning and documentation.
- Inspecting, assessing, testing, and offering recommendations, and reporting on the operating condition of your machinery.
- Working in conjunction with your dealer ensuring that all warranty repairs are carried out promptly and completely during the warranty period of the equipment.
- General Maintenance enquiries – both in the field and remotely.
Training & Development
- Develop & deliver training programs as directed.
- Offer training and instruction of company staff in the safe and efficient operation and day to day maintenance of the company’s equipment
